No cancellation refunds are provided within 48 hours of departure. Cancellation by the captain: If severe weather, environmental conditions, unforeseen prohibitive circumstances, or mechanical failure, the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date prior to the trip or a full refund will be issued.
