There are no cancellations on holidays on holiday weekends. No captions. Please plan carefully. Weather cancellation policy: Heavy rain or lightning is an automatic cancellation. We will notify YOU. We will tour if lightning is not in the forecast. You have the option to tour in the rain. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation. 7-day forecast will not be considered for cancellation. Forecast changes daily and we will only accept a 24-hour forecast from the time/date of your reservation as consideration for cancellation. There is no charge if cancellation is determined and email will be sent to you through GetMyBoat as confirmation. Contact us for any concerns. Tipping policy: A mandatory 15% tip needs to be paid to the Captain at the end of your charter. We reserve the right to deduct this tip or any amount that is not paid equalling 15% total. I had the pleasure of working with Jason, the captain of a boat, and I must say he exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped onto his boat, I could tell that he was a true professional. His communication skills were outstanding, making sure that everyone on the boat was informed about the itinerary, safety procedures, and any other important information. Working with Jason was an absolute pleasure. He was attentive to everyone's needs, making sure that everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. He was also an excellent host, providing us with everything we needed to have a great time on the water. Jason's knowledge and expertise on the water were truly impressive, and I felt safe and secure throughout the entire trip. To top it all off, Jason made my birthday extremely fun. He went above and beyond to make sure that my day was special, making sure that the music was just right. It was an unforgettable experience, and I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. If you're looking for a captain who is professional, knowledgeable, and fun, then Jason is your guy. He truly made our experience on the water one of the best I've ever had. Thank you, Jason, for a fantastic day on the water!

Captain Jay was so fun! He made our time memorable. He gave us a tour and we ended in Party Cove and my family had a fantastic time. Definitely recommend! They give you complementary water and they have nice speakers so you can play your music very loud! Also they provide 2 big coolers (25 capacity boat) Slide was fun!

Cancellation Policy 10-day notice from your reservation time last day is required if you decide to cancel. We need time to rebook your time/date or we reserve the right to fully charge you for your reservation. Cancellation must be through GetMyBoat and not by telephone. There are no cancellations on holidays on holiday weekends. No captions. Please plan carefully. A $400 security deposit is authorized at the time of booking for any damages or extreme clean-ups due to vomit or food being ground into the boat, but your card will not be charged at all unless damages occur. A 15% mandatory tip for your captain can be made directly to your captain by cash or Venmo at the end of your charter. We reserve the right to charge your security deposit if you forget or fail to tip your captain. There are NO cancellations on holidays or holiday weekends. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly. Weather Policy: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation, not a weather forecast showing the possibility of them. You have the option of touring in light rain. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation. 7 day forecasts will not be considered for cancellation. Forecasts change daily and we will only accept a 12 hour forecast from the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. there is no charge if cancellation is determined.
